We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. We do not offer exchanges.
For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not accept returns on products from:
- Undercaps Collection
- Scrunchies
- Sale Items
To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows any visible signs of wear.
Request
To initiate a return, please submit a request using the RETURN REQUEST FORM.
You will receive an email with instructions to follow, shortly after submitting the Request form.
Return
Please repackage the item(s) securely, and drop them off at your local post office. Note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item(s).
Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed.
Refund Process
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
