Delivery time & shipping rates

We ship nationwide and internationally using Australia Post. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer two shipping options to meet your needs: standard shipping and express shipping.

Standard shipping: 

  • Usually arrives within 2-7 business days, depending on your location
  • Shipping rates vary by weight of the order 

Express shipping: 

  • Usually arrives within 1-3 business days, depending on your location
  • Shipping rates vary by weight of the order

International shipping: 

  • New Zealand, Canada and USA
  • Delivery time varies depending on your location

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and/or customs processing fees, which are determined by the destination country’s government. Hayaa Hijab is not responsible for customs charges incurred on international deliveries. All applicable customs and import taxes, duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse the shipment upon delivery due to these fees or any other reason, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges or fees incurred on us from the carrier.

Delivery delays

Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as busy periods, weather or courier delays. While we will do our best to keep you informed of any changes to your order's shipping status, we are not responsible for any delays caused by these factors.

Order cancellations or changes

Please review your order details carefully before placing it. We are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes to your order once it has been placed.

Lost packages

We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. In the event that your package has been confirmed as delivered by the courier, but you did not receive it, we recommend that you contact the courier company directly using the tracking number provided to you.
